
Return/ Refund Policy
We’re confident you’ll find our products worth buying. if you are not completely satisfied, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. If we can’t resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will provide a refund/ Exchange within 7 business days of receiving back the parcel.
Eligibility for Return/ Refund
To be eligible for a return/ refund, your item must:
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Not have been worn, altered or washed.
- No scent is found.
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Types of Return
We offer two types of returns:Refund:
- Receive a refund to your original payment
- Exchange: Exchange your items for a different size, color or style.
How to Return an item:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via Phone number or send a message at Instagram/FB/WhatsApp.
- Provide your order number, reason for return and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
- Our team will guide you for the next step.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the item is defective or was sent in error company will bear the Delivery charges.
Caution:
Sale or Clearance items are excluded of Refund/ Return policy.
